Dr. Pat has owned and operated Cornerstone International, a speaking, training and instructional design business, since 1994.

Her diverse client base reflects the service sector (Pinnacle Entertainment, Loews Hotels, Westin Hotels) and manufacturing companies (Honeywell, Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals) as well as health care agencies (CIGNA, the Mayo Clinic), government entities (Cities of Las Vegas, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale; State of Arizona) and related public and semi-public agencies such as Salt River Project.

Education and Certification

After receiving her doctorate in Instructional Technology from Arizona State University, Dr. Gangi became a Certified Associate with the Six Seconds, the global leader for Social and Emotional Intelligence training and consulting. Dr. Pat is authorized by Six Seconds to administer a variety of EQ measurements including the SEI Leadership Assessment and SEI Development Assessment.

As an authorized Inscape distributor, Dr. Gangi can also administer a variety of DiSC profiles.

Based in Tempe, AZ, Dr. Pat Gangi is an active professional member of the National Speakers Association and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) as well as an award-winning distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). She is a frequent conference presenter and travels extensively both for business and pleasure.
