Audiences are riveted by a combination of facts, humor, and personal anecdotes that provide a take away message that can be implemented immediately. After spending 26 years in the health insurance and employee benefits field, he started his current speaking and seminar company on wellness. His book, Get Happy, Get Healthy, Be Wealthy- It's Your Choice has received national acclaim with numerous endorsements, including Jack Canfield and productivity guru David Allen. His workshops and seminars are rated as "life changing" by many participants.

Michael is also a successful entrepreneur, having started three successful business, once of which has been in operation for 29 years. He is the co-founder and President of National Corproate Wellness, Inc, a national wellness company. He has been married to the love of his life, Connie, for 34 years and has one daughter, Nicole and lives in San Luis Obispo CA.
